TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our service you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:
1. RESERVATION
Special airfares are capacity controlled and often sold out months in advance. In addition, many accommodations offered by Luxury On Travel have a limited capacity. It is essential to make reservations well in advance to insure your preferred arrangements
Vacation are booked and confirmed only on receipt of Non refundable $250 payment per person. This payment is due within two (2) working days of making the reservation. Failure to remit your booking payment on time will result in an automatic change of status of any confirmed space to a provisional basis and the possible inability to reinstate your reservation. When Luxury On Travel receives your payment, a booking reference number will be assigned. This number shall be deemed to constitute acceptance and confirmation of your booking
2. AIR TICKETS
After payment of the initial deposit, reservation for air-ticket will be made immediately to ensure space is reserved. According to the current airlines regulations, all travel participants must issue the ticket right after their tickets have been confirmed by the airline concerned . Tour participants will be required to make payment for the issuance of the air-ticket. The payment for the issued air-ticket constitutes partial payment. Air fare are non-refundable but can be changed for a fee with with advance notice

3. FINAL PAYMENT
The balance is due no later than Ninety (90) days prior to commencement of your vacation. If the balance has not been received by that date, Luxury On Travel . shall be entitled in its discretion to treat your reservation as canceled, and consequently to forfeit such part of the advance payment as determined solely by Luxury On Travel
Also No client will be permitted into the field without payment in full being received.
4. LAST MINUTE
Any reservation made within Ninety (90) days of commencement of a travel may be accepted at higher rate provided space is available, payment in full is received, and provided that documents can be delivered prior to departure.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

A) Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Luxury On Travel Cancellation charges shall apply in the following circumstances:
Cancellation 121 days or more prior to the vacation starting date,90% of total cost is refunded.
Cancellation 120 to 61 days prior to the vacation starting date, 60% of total cost is refunded.
Cancellation 60 to 31 days prior to the vacation starting date, 45% of total cost is refunded.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the vacation starting date and "no shows", total vacation cost is forfeited
B) If you are a "no show", Luxury On Travel shall be entitled to treat your reservation as canceled without having given Luxury On Travel any notice, and the provisions of Paragraph 2(A) shall apply.
C) Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed may be accommodated subject to space availability and applicable fee if any. If Luxury On Travel is able to assist, a fee of $75 plus applicable penalty per change will be assessed. These fees will be added to your final invoice.
D) No refunds are given (1) for lost travel time or substitution of facilities, (2) Airline ticket or Cruise deposit (3) for itineraries amended after booking or departure, (4) for circumstances arising beyond the control of Luxury On Travel, necessitating alternative arrangements being made to ensure the safety and / or further participation and enjoyment of your safari, (5) If you publish defamatory material if it does not come within one of the recognized legal defenses (6) if you do not appear for any accommodation, service, sightseeing or trip segment without notifying Luxury On Travel , or (7) if you leave your safari after it has begun, or miss any scheduled sightseeing, activities, meals or accommodations.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Luxury On Travel offers 3rd Party comprehensive Travel Protection Plan to protect yourself against the unexpected and cover the costs of your vacation and more. While it is possible to pay less through other insurance, your coverage and benefits are going to be significantly less as well. Peace of mind and knowing that you have the best protection possible will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation. There are many other advantages to insuring with a third-party provider like Insurance company chosen by us, such as protection from financial insolvency of your cruise or other travel provider, 24-hour emergency assistance from anywhere in the world and direct payment to your medical provider in the event of an emergency. Insurance protects you before, during and after your trip, and our claims are paid in cash. Travel Protection Plan includes:

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Luxury On Travel, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service. You can only publish defamatory material if it comes within one of the recognised legal defences. If it doesn’t, the publication will amount to libel and you may have to pay substantial damages

8. RESPONSIBILITY
Luxury On Travel and its agents, act only as the agent of passenger in all matters relating to accommodation, meals, tours and transportation of any type, and shall not be liable for inconvenience, inconvenience as a consequence of any such interruption, delay or error, omission of service, injury, delay, loss or damage from any cause and in any manner howsoever, including weather, machinery breakdown, labor disputes, civil disturbances and government orders. Luxury On Travel is insured against legal liabilities arising from injuries which may be incurred by passengers in its own vehicles or providers, in which cases all claims are subject only to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Overland Park Kansas. Luxury On Travel reserve the right to employ sub-contract to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be supplied, and in the exercise of such right, the clause relating to liability shall apply. Luxury On Travel also reserves the right, should conditions necessitate and without notice, to change any route or arrangement, to offer substitutes of equal value, to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour, to refuse to accept or retain any person as a tour member at any time, in which cases an equitable amount may be refunded.
